Exceptional service

As an older person who has never bought a secondhand car I was rather daunted. Nick and Andrew were brilliant and helped me with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. I can higly recommend this company and would use them again.

Perfect customer service and a great car!

We purchased a lovely FSH, low mileage Corsa from E-Motion for our son as his first car. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Old school customer service and clean, well sourced cars. We need more dealers like this! Thank you Nick and Andy it was a pleasure?

Great reliable company

Great service

Bought a mazda 2 from e-motion cars. Visited the car on the same day I called. No pressure sell, let me look around the car in my own time and had a test drive. I was local and they dropped the car off to me as I would have had difficulty collecting. The car is an amazing little car and I am very happy with it. Thanks for the great service ?

Could not recommend E-motion cars enough I enquired about a car on the Friday and went and picked it up on the Saturday. Fantastic communication nothing was to much trouble. They made me feel very welcome when picking the car up thank you.

Highly recommend, Nick was great! Answered any questions I had and very accommodating. Was able to test drive it and then drove away the same day. Super easy and relaxed process, Nick let us look around the car on our own without any pushy selling which is what I like. I spent a few months searching for the car I wanted, a few others I was put off by reviews. The great reviews for E-motion gave me confidence in viewing the car/buying from them. Would definitely buy from them again, perfect car for me! Thank you! ?

Drove down from Suffolk to look at car listed with these guys.Worth the drive!!!!! Car was great and bought it there and then.100% recommend buying a car from these guys. Nick was really helpful. No pressure,was just left alone to view car at our own pace and took the car for a test drive on our own. So much more relaxing experience than having a pushy salesman in your ear the whole time.Thoroughly recommend buying a car from here and will be looking what they have to offer when I’m ready for a change.Thanks again Nick loved the drive home

Would I recommend E-Motion Cars - Absolutely without question Nick was amazing, polite, friendly, and welcoming. Short notice viewing, he let me look around the car and just left me to it, showed me the documents relating to service and, mot and followed it up with a good test drive. Discussed the price, left a deposit and arranged to collect the car a few days later. Collection day was dealt with by Andy (I think that was his name), and just like Nick, polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Came to have a look at a car, it was exactly what we wanted and the price was good. Purchase completed within the hour. Nick (and Andrew) ran through the vehicle history, all the required documentation was at hand and the transaction was easy. They were both very professional, very friendly and it was clear that, to them, they not only want to sell good quality cars but also want to have happy satisfied customers. I am a very happy customer.

He accompanied us on a good length test drive along variable road types, so we had enough time to be comfortable with the handling and condition of the car.

The guys at e-motion were amazing. The car was immaculate, clean on the inside and outside and the process of purchasing was very easy. They sorted the tax and v5 before I came to pick up the car, after putting an initial deposit down. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Really nice guy.

Nick was brilliant, polite, friendly, and welcoming. He let us look around the car with a good test drive and just left us to it. When we were done there was no pressure. We discussed the trade in prices and we left. The next day Nick rang to see what we thought of the car and he even sweetened the deal. We bought the car that afternoon. Really nice guy.

Honest, go above and beyond

Had a great experience with these gents. They were transparent, communicative, and were very fair in what they offered. Already planning on making E-motion my go-to place when looking for a car next year for myself, and then again for a family member.
